1. Exhibit the power of abstract artsAbstract art lies on its own. The freedom to exist by not being limited to any characteristic or any specific traits is where the beauty is being fully evaluated. However, one may perceive it differently based on the colours used, brush strokes and lines of perspective. This may also be different from one evaluator to another. It is undeniably a broad ambiguous subject.The mystery of the artwork remains untold unless one has spoken to the artist who has produced the masterpiece. Nonetheless, it is still open for various interpretations.This scenario opens up another room for a broader topic of discussion. The Dot could be interpreted as a decimal point, a starting point, a pause or even an ending point. All of which are highly influenced by one’s life events, personal beliefs, experiences and views. Every interpretation can be true and can be relatable to you.Nevertheless, this truth marks the powerful impact that can be produced by a single abstract artwork.2. Life as a canvas.Painting canvas is not the only canvas in our life. In fact, our life is the biggest canvas in the entire time of us being alive. This canvas deserve to be painted, to be decorated according to our own needs and wants. Take the risk, bear the consequences.There’s nothing to be regretful about once you have done it. The regrets of not doing it may haunt you for life and to make things worse, another person could be executing the idea that you had and it became a huge success.I was uncertain at first to release ‘The Dot’. The speculations of negative impacts lingered in my mind for a very long time. However, I felt that I should be fair to myself, I should do what my heart desires the most, to take the chance to express my views and opinions. Let the world know about my little soul.This is the canvas of my life that I want. I want it to be this way.This is the boundary that I have to push to leave a lasting impression as an artist in the space. Once it’s minted on the chain, it’s indelible.3. Mark on the blockchain.The dynamic evolution of the blockchain technology is undoubtedly a rapidly progressive industry. It is not only limited to the creation and appreciation of new era technology, we can observe a swift development and active participation of artists in the fine arts scene.‘The Dot’ was meant to leave a fine print on the Solana blockchain to mark the presence of fine arts in the community who has been working shoulder to shoulder with developers and web3 experts across the globe to create a solid ecosystem.It has always been my goal to create an artwork that will not only leave a lasting impression but also attracts more participation on the Solana ecosystem.Will ‘The Dot’ from the Solana ecosystem be the talk of the web3 space and attract more participation in the ecosystem? The future holds what we will never know until it’s time for us to know.I hope this thought-provoking piece will encourage more artists and collectors to explore the possibilities of the Solana ecosystem and to reach a new heights in the world of NFT.I believe by leveraging a unique and valuable artwork in the blockchain it will leave an everlasting impact that will stand to the test of time on the blockchain.InspirationIt was a sudden moment of realisation, I was inspired by a string of words that have been thrown to me “Let’s put a dot to this!”Is that it? A single ‘dot’ for everything? I mean, what do you even mean? Finally, I understood the incomprehensible meaning of the ‘dot’. It has now become a comprehensible subject to my attention.Since then, a single ‘dot’ is not only a dot in my life. It has thousands of unspoken meanings, uninterpreted messages and surely a mystery solved.

A black dot, exists in the vast of the universe. No existence in this world, exists without a single black dot.Minimalism: The minimalist approach to emphasize the potency of simplicity in art, the solitary black dot, occupying the center of a white canvas, leaving a huge room of interpretations.Simplicity: The concept of simplicity to be outlined here is different from the concept of minimalism, it is to showcase the concept of ‘Back to Basic’ which is to emphasise on the power and beauty of the basic and essential. The start : A single dot could be a seed to a huge start, a major changes and a brand new opportunity. There are infinite possibilities from a single spark, embrace it and arrange your strategy accordingly, an incredible creation can emerge. Even in the field of academics, a dot after a number creates a decimal number.The ending: ‘The Dot’ could symbolise a finality, closure and the inevitable conclusion of all things. It reminds us that all things must come to an end that we have to confront even if it’s an uncomfortable reality of our own mortality.This list of interpretations can go on and on and on.
